Headmaster
Philip Troutt is the founder and Headmaster of Keystone Academy. As a home education leader, he is aware of the need to present Home Education as a viable, legal educational option.
Philip and his wife Evella have been married since 1974 and have three children.
He holds BAs in History and Psychology from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles and served 3 years in the United States Army.
He affirms the unique, God-given role of parents in educating their children and is committed to the success of every student enrolled in Keystone Academy.
